Founded by Alisha Paewai and Ashton Paewai, Elite Company was created with equality, energy, and community at its core. As parents, coaches, and community builders, they believe real development comes from care, intention, and opportunity - not overcrowded programmes or a one-size-fits-all approach.

That’s why we prioritise small coach-to-player ratios, creating an environment where every athlete receives meaningful feedback, real support, and personal attention.

We focus on fundamentals before formations by teaching movement, agility, teamwork, game awareness, and confidence first, so players can thrive in any position, any team, and any level of the game.
