Elite Company is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the provided address.

7. Returns & Refunds

Faulty goods are handled in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Change-of-mind returns are subject to our published Returns Policy.

Custom or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

8. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Where items are made to order or customised:

Production begins once payment is confirmed

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started

Minor variations may occur as part of the manufacturing process
