Elite Company uses social media and digital content to celebrate participation, growth, and community. Images and videos help us showcase our programmes, acknowledge effort, and promote the Elite Company culture in a positive and respectful way.

We are committed to using all images and content responsibly, safely, and in the best interests of our members.

Scope

This policy applies to all Elite Company digital platforms, including but not limited to:

  • Social media channels (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)

  • Website content

  • Promotional material and digital advertising

  • Training highlights, events, and behind-the-scenes content

Image & Video Use

By enrolling in an Elite Company programme, parents/caregivers acknowledge that:

  • Images and videos may be taken during training sessions, events, or activities

  • These images may be used for Elite Company promotional and community purposes

Content may include:

  • Group training photos

  • Action shots during drills or games

  • Event highlights

  • General atmosphere and community moments

No images will be used in a way that is inappropriate, misleading, or harmful.

Opt-Out & Consent

Elite Company respects the right of parents and caregivers to opt out of image use.

  • If a parent or caregiver does not wish their child to appear in photos or videos, this must be disclosed in writing at the time of registration or communicated directly to Elite Company

  • Elite Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure the child is not featured in published content

  • Opt-out requests will be respected without question or disadvantage to the participant

Parents may update their consent status at any time by contacting Elite Company.

Identification & Privacy

Elite Company will:

  • Avoid using full names of children alongside images

  • Not tag individual children by name on public platforms

  • Never share personal or sensitive information

Images will focus on participation, teamwork, and environment — not individual identification.

Use by Parents & Spectators

Parents and spectators are welcome to take personal photos or videos; however:

  • Content must not disrupt sessions

  • Images of other children should not be shared publicly without permission from their caregivers

  • Respect must be shown to any child who has opted out of being filmed

Elite Company reserves the right to limit filming if it impacts safety or participation.

Content Control & Removal

  • All Elite Company social media content is managed by approved administrators

  • If a parent or caregiver has concerns about an image or video, Elite Company will review and, if appropriate, remove the content promptly
